- More overwhelm and anxiety than you can manage anymore
- Like you’re never good enough, despite your list of achievements
- Exhaustion from overthinking and trying to keep it all spinning
Keep reading, because it doesn’t have to stay this way.
Since you're here you probably feel:
If others would say “you have it all together”,
but you know that you’re trapped in a swirl of your own
negative thoughts, anxiety, and harsh environment of your mind,
you’re in the right place.
YOU’VE FOUND WHAT YOU’RE LOOKING FOR
I help women overcome anxiety, reduce overwhelm, and finally manage their perfectionism effectively.
This includes: getting to the root of things, healing the unhelpful parts of your perfectionism, and learning to harness the positives.
Whether you’ve been aware of your perfectionism your whole life, or you’ve only recently realised this might describe you (despite not ACTUALLY being perfect), there is hope for you to feel in control of your mind regardless of what life throws at you.
You can feel at peace, even as a perfectionist.
And I can’t wait to help you step into that new reality.
Let's start therapy together
Being a high achiever doesn’t make you exempt from life feeling DIFFICULT AF.
In fact, as an individual with high standards, you may feel like typical happenings are even MORE challenging for you than others.
Maybe you struggle with overthinking and second-guessing yourself.
Maybe you have difficulty switching off from work or project mode.
Maybe you can’t shake feeling behind on your never-ending to-do list.
Maybe you struggle to be present with your family and friends.
Whatever it is, perfectionism may be a big contributing factor to your seemingly insurmountable anxiety, but…
The ANXIETY is what I want to help you overcome, not your perfectionism.
It may be an unpopular opinion but...
There is a way to manage your perfectionism in a healthy way, so you can maintain your high standards without sacrificing your wellbeing.
You can overcome anxiety and overwhelm without losing (or stifling) who you are in the process.
Just because you’ve always tackled anything you take on doesn’t mean you need to stop achieving altogether.
When you manage your perfectionism and overcome your anxiety, then you can finally:
Stop overthinking
Feel less stressed and anxious
Stop procrastinating for perfection’s sake and be more productive
Not be so harsh on yourself
Be able to relax and be present
Manage your high expectations of others, not to damage relationships
Be able to switch off and feel calmer
This will ultimately lead you to the work/life balance, connection with others, and positive (even proud) view of yourself you truly want.

This is perfect for you if:
Your perfectionism and high standards are getting in the way of your life
You don’t feel like your high standards or anxiety are hindering your life at all
You’re a “high achiever” and you actually like that about yourself
You just want a plan to get more done, you’re not interested in improving your mental health from the ground up
You want to have a different daily experience, and you’re willing to put in a bit of work to make that your reality
This is not a good fit for you if:
You’re looking for a one-session quick fix or someone to tell you everything to do

My ThERAPY APPROACH
Not only will I be your biggest cheerleader, l'Il also show you unconditional compassion during your toughest times. I genuinely care about all of my clients, and I'm always determined to help them get to where they want to be in life.
Compassionate
I pride myself on offering high-quality evidence-based trauma-informed therapy. I'm a confident therapist with over a decade of experience, and I have a good track record of helping my clients overcome their problems and make lasting changes.
Therapy doesn't need to be stuffy and formal. I want my clients to feel comfortable, so if there's a mixture of laughing and crying I'm here for it! I aim to offer the perfect blend between professional and feeling like you're chatting to a friend.
I've helped clients who have had unsuccessful therapy before by getting to the root of things, instead of just putting a plaster on it. We don't just do all the amazing talking stuff together, we also get sh*t done and I help you put things into practice.

When you’re interested in starting therapy, book in your initial appointment.
We’ll use this appointment to assess where you are and give you a few tools to dig into, while making sure we’re both a good fit to move on together. I believe in making every session a “productive” session, so you can be sure that this initial assessment will give you some actionable takeaways rather than being a placeholder or waste of your very valuable time.
What’s included in Therapy with Me:
- Weekly therapy sessions for the duration of our work together
- Therapeutic support hinging on CBT, CFT, and MBCT techniques
- Forward-focused approach (we don’t just look back, we make sure you move forward)
- Opportunity to continue for as long as you like
What if I don’t refer to myself as a “perfectionist”?
That’s completely ok! You may resonate more with the phrasing of “high achiever” or “high standards” or “hard worker,” but the reality remains that you have expectations you’re not meeting and it’s making you miserable. If you’re tired of that, then I can help. If you’re fine with the misery? You’re right, we may not be a good fit.
Short answer: We can still work together, even if you’re unsure that you’re a “perfectionist.” It’s not a clinical term, anyway, so it doesn’t matter!
My clients wondered about this, too.
Do you accept payment from private healthcare insurance?
I choose not to work with insurance companies, only with self-funded therapy or coaching clients. This means less restrictions for my clients (you!) in terms of number of sessions, as well!
Do you offer therapy in the U.S. or Internationally?
I’m not able to offer therapy to U.S. or Canadian clients, but I am able to offer therapy to anyone in the UK and worldwide otherwise. I do offer Coaching worldwide including for anyone who is in the U.S. or Canada! You can check out my coaching page here.
How much training and experience have you got?
A lot! I’ve got a BSc in Psychology and a PgDip in CBT. Oh - and a second PgDip in advanced CBT, because what high-achieving perfectionist doesn’t want to spend 7 years honing their craft?
I’ve spent nearly a decade working as a therapist and manager in London NHS mental health services, before moving back to the countryside where I spent 4 years leading an NHS Talking Therapies team as Deputy Clinical Lead & Principal CBT Therapist.
But honestly? Nothing has come close to the work I’ve done specialising in perfectionism and helping hundreds of perfectionists in therapy!
Do you offer any face-to-face or in-person sessions?
Not at this time! I specialise in online therapy so all sessions take place on Zoom. I think there's something special about being able to access therapy from the comfort of your own home - and research shows it's just as effective as face-to-face. I also love that your geographic location isn't a barrier to working with me - I believe people should be able to access the best therapist for them wherever they live.
Frequently Asked Questions
I don’t think “staying stuck” is your style.
There’s a reason you’re here. And my hunch is because you don’t want to continue on in this same fashion any longer. You’re EXHAUSTED from trying to hold it all yourself. You’re tired of not knowing what actions to take to give yourself some relief. You’re annoyed with your productivity, relationships, and self-worth continuing to suffer.
I’m offering to hold it with you, to give you the tools you need to cope, and to help you move forward and overcome the anxiety that’s holding you back from being the best version of yourself.
YOU DON’T HAVE TO TAKE ACTION NOW, BUT…
So, if not now… then when?

Meet your new therapist, Natalie.
I’ll be honest, I used to call myself a Recovering Perfectionist, but that was before my own healing journey. Now, I’m a mum to twin toddlers, business owner, and woman aiming to overcome her overwhelm while harnessing her perfectionism for good instead of misery.
I love an aptly curated playlist in the background as I work and I favour a soft, bright aesthetic over dark and moody any day. Yes, I’m a therapist. But I’m also just a woman navigating life, mental health, and aiming to find the beauty in it all while I pursue my purpose, just like you.
I can’t wait to work together!
Thanks,
Natalie
